Golden Physique is a boutique personal training studio located at 4355 North Lincoln Avenue in Chicago. Working with a personal trainer shouldn’t have to be expensive! I offer personal training in a small group setting as well as online fitness coaching for those who aren’t able to train in the studio. Through my individualized training programs and help with dietary habits, anyone can become a better version of themselves while spending the least possible amount of time in the gym. Efficiency is key. Don’t waste time and money on ineffective methods!

Whether you work with me in-studio or online, your training program will be written and adjusted as needed according to your goals and injury history.
ON THE SCALE
We don’t focus on total body weight as it only gives us one number to look at, and that number doesn’t draw a complete picture of body composition. A better way to track progress is by using a skinfold caliper and tape measurements of several body parts to show where muscle is being built/maintained and fat is lost or maintained.
HOW WE TRAIN
Properly executed free weight exercises are the most efficient way to get in shape. Building muscle = increased metabolism. An increased metabolism + effective dietary habits allows the body to burn it’s own fat for energy resulting in a leaner you. The science is simple. Learning the moves and getting the psychological help with changing habits is less simple. That is where I can help you!
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING 2 SESSIONS PER WEEK#

- plus a one-time fee of $98 for new clients. This fee covers the cost of the first training session, which is 1-on-1, and the additional attention given to the new client during small group sessions.

- Initial phone consultation with goal setting

- Once a week I will: Answer your questions. Review your form check videos + food diary and provide feedback
